The Federal University of Technology, Minna has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Nigerian Institute of Social and Economic Research (NISER) with respect to postgraduate programmes on land and facility management.
The epoch signing ceremony took place today at the Conference room, NISER, Ibadan. Here are some pictures taken at the event.
The dotted lines on the MoU for NISER was signed by the Director-General of the Institute, Dr. Folarin Gbadebo-Smith while the Vice-Chancellor of the Federal University of Technology, Minna, Prof. Abdullahi Bala, fsssn (Walin Zazzau Suleja) was represented at the event by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Prof. Yahaya Ahmed Iyaka.
The MoU signing ceremony is in furtherance of the research grant won by Prof. J. J. Dukiya Research Group for the establishment of an Institute of Land and Community Resilience to address the retinue of challenges affecting land management in Nigeria and Africa at large.
