Engr. Prof. Sunday Albert Lawal delivered the 118th Inaugural Lecture of FUT, Minna, titled “Manufacturing Processes and Machining Operations: The Inseparable Marriage”, on Thursday, September 25, 2025 at the University Auditorium, Main Campus.He explored the vital link between these two key aspects of mechanical engineering and their role in industrial innovation.
Prof. Lawal emphasised eco-friendly machining technologies and the impact of manufacturing on national development.
The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Faruk Adamu Kuta, commended the lecture as a timely and insightful contribution to Nigeria’s industrial advancement.
